Tzinquaw Dancers

Tzinquaw, meaning thunderbird in the Hul’qumi’num language (a Coast Salish dialect) represents the highest spiritual power and the carrying out of law and protocol. Tqinquaw Dancers will educate us and present the traditions through Coast Salish performances and art.

Ros is a Zumba fitness instructor who has over 5 yrs of experience in the dance fitness industry and over 12 years in the hip hop and Latin dance industry. Ros teaches a wide variety of ages and skill levels from elementary school kids to seniors and special needs children/adults. Join her for a fun-filled energizing Zumba experience out at a community event or in one of her classes.

Filipino Dance Troupe

We are happy to have our local Filipino community formed their dance troupe to perform a lively and toe tapping beat for this festival.

Mr. Lou's Taichi

Mr. Lou is a Taichi Master. He loves volunteering in the community and teaches Taichi to anybody that joins him. He teaches Taichi every day. Lou is also the owner of Island Bagels Restaurant in Duncan. You can find him and visit him there.
