Tzinquaw, meaning thunderbird in the Hul’qumi’num language (a Coast Salish dialect) represents the highest spiritual power and the carrying out of law and protocol. Tqinquaw Dancers will educate us and present the traditions through Coast Salish performances and art.
Zumba

Ros is a Zumba fitness instructor who has over 5 yrs of experience in the dance fitness industry and over 12 years in the hip hop and Latin dance industry. Ros teaches a wide variety of ages and skill levels from elementary school kids to seniors and special needs children/adults. Join her for a fun-filled energizing Zumba experience out at a community event or in one of her classes.
